Noah's NY Bagels

It should be called No Bagels. They never have bagels in stock, and the cashier is super rude.They have more people working than they have bagels.

Miss the Garlic Bagels. Always out of stock by the time I get there. But Onion Bagels are a good enough substitute.

For this location and ALL the locations!! Bagels are the only things that are good at Noah's. If Safeway bagels & House of Bagels had decent bagels I'd shop there for sure! Prices are astronomical, worse than Starbucks!! Lines are ALWAYS SUPER long!! Customer service sucks! And now they close at 5 o'clock 7 days a week!!? I can understand on Sunday but every other day!? Unless you're there at 7 AM all the good flavors of bagels are sold out!! Who can go there after work during the week? Nobody!! You have to go on the weekends when it's a SUPER crowded or wake up @ 5:30 AM on the weekends so you can be there by 7 AM when they open. And ALL the stores ONLY have ONE cashier, so NO even if they had TWO registers ONLY would be used at ALL times because everyone else is making food anyways! Here's a TIP!! Have more than ONE register so 2 cashiers can make the line that's OUT the door move a tad better instead of at a SLUGS pace! 🐌🙄😡

I don’t understand why you have to completely smoosh the bagels.

Went here for the first time and was not impressed. I ordered and asked for no onions on my sandwiches and they put onions on it. I also ordered a hot chocolate which it tastes like frothy coffee water. It has no flavor at all. Really dissatisfied with their quality. They were also out of most of the bagels that you would want a sandwich on.

I want to keep trying to come here, but the staff needs to be trained and supervised. Manager needs to step it up in all areas. Just watched while waiting 15 min for my order in a somewhat slow time. Bagels on the floor by the POS machines/staff, overflowing trash, 2 of the 3 coffee urns empty, most bagels not available and staff very zombie like to each customer. Manager, get your staff inspired, they deserve leadership for these young people's future. Pride in what you do!! Note: The team that was on at 10:00am on 2.7.2020.

Great place for bagels good for variety of bagels the customer service is great there's parking in the mall good place to get a quick bite to eat

Fast , somehow taste better than other Noah's.

Not as good as my last visit. they put too much cream chease and the bagel was so small

um they didn’t heat up my croissant but the bagels are good, also when it comes to the beverages they don’t seem to fill up to the top of the cup and the hot cocoa does not taste good .

The renovation doesn’t change the service, people seem always upset, system is often down and cash only, and most days they are out of things. Plus I am not sure about the inspections, but no a single person there wear a hairnet beside all of them having long messy hair! I have to toss my bagel after I saw them cutting it on half with the same knife they cut a bagel with salmon (and I am allergic) so I don’t think they are properly trained on food handling.While here waiting for my bagels, they have gotten 2 orders wrong already! Bagel and spreads are good thou so I will only use them for picking up bagels. I don’t think they can handle anything more complex than that in a safe way.

I'm a regular at this place and love it. The staff is extremely friendly and yes, there's a little bit of a wait sometimes. But don't people look around and see a how many customers the staff must help sometimes? People should relax and stop thinking they should have preferred treatment.

Just left there, looks like they were preparing and large order Nice!!!However since I only spent $8.34 I guess it was okay to totally ruin my order. Typically I'd go back and complain but you can't change stupid. My receipt is accurate so I gave them 1 stars for their share holders however i will never go back here again. My bagel was correct but shmear is wrong. I also asked for my coffee cake to be warmed up, that didn't happen. But the orange juice I was charged for was correct (that's another star) - oh yeah I grabbed it myself. Terrible terrible terrible!2-stars great job Noah's.

I just had the best breakfast bagel sandwich.

I love this place and come often. Not sure why it has such a low rating. I've always had friendly and quick service. The bagels are delicious! Especially the Farmhouse. It changed my life! Lol but seriously, it's good. On In a cheddar bacon bagel! What? Yes. And it's super easy to find parking. If you are out in the deep sunset by SFSU SAY or the Zoo, it's worth a try.

Ordered open faced.... paid for it for the extra lox! What did I get? The smallest ever 2 salmon pieces ..one tiny each on each bagel side ..terrible!!! I usually go to House of Bagels and won’t go back to Noah’s! Only stopped here because I went to Peets in same shopping area

It's not New York and it's not the old Noah's when it was run by Noah, but it's still good and I like bagels.I've been going to this and other Noah's locations for decades, but I finally got their avocado bagel on an everything bagel. It was good, but upon reflection, I realize a bagel is not the best vehicle for avocado toast. The top was so flavorful, but the bottom was blander. I still enjoyed it, but there's plenty of room for improvement.

Noah'sBagels has always been good but there a little over priced. I feel like now I'm paying for the name.

Meh, the employees aren't trying at this location.

Good place for a quick bite to eat (breakfast, brunch, and lunch). The service is decent and not too long of a wait during "rush hour."

Bagel quality has gone down in the past 15 years. Price has gone up.Service is about the same, have been offered a coupon towards a bad service order and then had to pay sales tax.

Place is small with limited seating. Refresh/remodel looks nice. Can be very busy with long lines in the morning.

Best bagels and breakfast sandwiches ANYWHERE!!

Food is good but service is so slow. This is not a good location to go if there's a line and you want to get in an out in a hurry. The portions are really good but the best time to go is super early to beat the rush.

Please retrain your staff. Disappointed on two separate occasions. First visit: My order included a coffee. All of the coffee containers were COLD. I asked a representative if they would be brewing fresh coffee, he replied, "No, but I could put a cup in the microwave for you." Are they microwaving coffee at Starbucks or Peets? Don't think so. Second visit: I ordered a TOASTED tuna sandwich with cheddar CHEESE. The associate called my name and then quickly realized she had not added cheese. She unwrapped the sandwich and added a slice of COLD cheese and said the bread was already nearly burnt so she could not melt the cheese. What is really going on at this location?

I like the bagels from here the quality is good. I wish the service was better and the line moved faster. I feel bad for the staff here because they seem understaffed for the amount of customers they get.

Exelent bagles. Both just the bagel or if you like a variety of fillings and sandwiches. My favorite is the nova Lox on an everything bagel it's loaded with cream cheese smoked salmon capers ,tomato ....!!! It comes with your choice of chips or potato salad, coleslaw or fruit salad. And a dill pickle. Worth the wait. The wait isn't too bad except at high lunch time.

Ordered catering (4 days ahead of time) that was NEVER delivered! No calls no explanation nothing! They charged me but simply no-showed the delivery. Horrible company. Thankfully Uber Eats came through with a last minute delivery of pizza to save my sons birthday party. #nevernoahsbagels

Food was cold and they were out of almost everything. I hate never giving a good rating or post but it simply wasn't there to give today.

Bagels are decent but service is definitely uneven. Some staff are courteous while others are not.

I really enjoy coming to Noah's on sloat. Customer service is wonderful with 4 of the employees. Bagels are delicious. Hats off to the Baker. And morning crew

The bagel itself is pretty good. Nothing really stands out but decent. But the price is ridiculously high. $7 for an egg and bacon bagel. Might not be visiting here again.

Team at this location practically never answer a call.I try to order my bagels many times at different time of the day,Even at 5:40am-4:00pm.Sometimes calling for five days .Then I come to the store and they always out of bagels I choose.Is anything could be done to improve customer service on this location?

Noah's Bagels is a great place. I don't go for donuts and stuff often, but when I do I go here cause always good quality. Comfortable place also.

The best bagel I ever have

Lighter than normal bagels, which I actually prefer. Veggie cream cheese is the way to go.

It's a fine Noah's - staff is friendly and assertive, moving quickly to make your order ready for consumption in a very timely manner. They seem to handle rush hour crowds pretty well- still cranking out orders and working like a team, not getting flustered or slowing down... so kudos for that. Lots of bagel types available- I don't know what Noah's full offering looks like, but there's more here on the menu than the mini-Noah's in my neighborhood.I would give a 5-star rating, but there's no restroom on site and perhaps Noah's doesn't ever provide them for customers, I'm not sure... it was just awkward eating at Noah's and having to go next door to Chipotle w/out ordering and ask to use the facilities.But if you're there for the food/bagels/coffee, it's all good.

An excellent bagel! Get there early in the day for the best selection. I got there once after 2 pm on a weekend and the selection was limited. Did the same thing a few weeks later and the selection was great! It's the luck of the draw. Great deal where you get a dozen bagels and two 8 oz tubs of cream cheese. Fresh lemonades were available the day I went through. It's hard to get a decent bagel on the West Coast. This comes darn close :-)
